About
A practice built around visitor behavior, not product theater
Digital Data Flow helps teams who own customer-facing web applications understand how people actually move through them—especially when opinions about “what users want” outrun the evidence.
Origin
The practice started in Seoul after years of watching release plans chase competing anecdotes. Product teams would ship a redesign based on the loudest internal story, then discover weeks later that visitors still stalled on an earlier, quieter step.
We formed Digital Data Flow to offer a calmer middle path: structured review of journeys, events, and representative sessions, delivered as professional engagements with clear boundaries—not as an always-on monitoring product.
How we work
We stay close to the application under review. Kickoffs clarify which journeys count as success. Analysis stays tied to those journeys. Readouts end with ranked next steps and owners, not a catalogue of every possible chart.
Korea is our home base—office hours and meetings can be arranged around Seoul schedules—while most analysis work happens remotely with shared access to the tools you already use.
Values we hold in engagements
- Specificity Findings name screens, steps, and visitor actions—not vague “experience quality.”
- Proportion We match claims to sample size. Thin traffic gets honest language, not decorative precision.
- Boundaries We analyze and advise. Your team implements. That separation keeps ownership clear.
- Respect for people Session review follows agreed masking and access rules before anyone presses play.
