Refund and rescheduling policy
This policy applies to paid professional engagements offered by Digital Data Flow—behavior audits, workshops, instrumentation checks, path assessments, and retainers. Last updated 30 July 2026.
Eligibility overview
Fees cover scheduled professional time and agreed deliverables. Refunds depend on how much work has started, whether dates were reserved, and whether materials unique to your engagement were already prepared.
Deposits
Engagements typically require a deposit stated in the statement of work to reserve start dates. Deposits are credited toward the total fee. A deposit becomes non-refundable once kickoff work has begun or reserved workshop dates fall inside fourteen calendar days, except where we cancel.
Full refund
You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if we cancel the engagement for reasons within our control and no mutually acceptable new dates are set, or if you cancel in writing before any kickoff call and before we have accessed your analytics environments.
Partial refund
If you cancel after kickoff but before the readout, we invoice for work already performed (research hours, workshops held, draft materials) and refund the unused balance of prepaid fees. Partial refunds are calculated from the time log attached to your engagement file.
Non-refundable items
Completed readouts, delivered written reports, completed workshop facilitation days, and third-party costs expressly approved by you (for example room hire for an in-person session) are non-refundable once delivered or incurred.
Retainer fees
Quarterly retainers billed in advance may be cancelled with thirty days’ written notice. Unused whole months remaining after the notice period are refundable on a pro-rata basis. Months in which a check-in or deep dive already occurred are not refundable.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a kickoff or readout once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 10% of the engagement fee to cover preparation resets. Workshops inside seven days of the reserved date may be treated as delivered if your team does not attend.
No-shows
If your nominated attendees miss a scheduled working session without notice, that session may be counted as used. We will offer one makeup slot within fourteen days subject to availability; additional makeup sessions may be billed hourly as stated in the statement of work.
Work already started
Once we have begun evidence gathering under your access credentials, cancellation converts the engagement to a time-and-materials close-out. You receive whatever interim notes exist; unfinished analysis is not completed after cancellation unless you reinstate the engagement.
Refund process and timing
Email info@digitaldataflow.digital with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days beyond our transfer.

Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law, where applicable, take precedence over this policy. This site does not sell physical goods, software licenses, or self-serve subscriptions; those categories are outside this policy.
