How a behavior engagement unfolds
This page describes the working rhythm we use for audits and related engagements on customer-facing web applications. It is the custom process guide behind our flagship Behavior Audit.
- Clarify the jobs visitors came to do. We name primary journeys with your team—signup, purchase, booking, support request, or account change—and agree what “completed” means in each case.
- Confirm the evidence sources. We review event inventories, funnel definitions, and session tools. If signals are missing or mislabeled, we pause for an instrumentation health check before drawing strong conclusions.
- Sample with purpose. Analysis focuses on the agreed journeys. We compare completed and abandoned paths, note hesitation points, and keep privacy masking rules in force throughout.
- Cluster friction by severity and effort. Findings are grouped so your team can see quick copy or layout fixes separately from deeper structural work that needs a later release.
- Read out and rank. A live session walks through evidence, answers challenges, and ends with a short ranked list and owners. Written materials support that conversation rather than replace it.
- Follow up briefly. Audit engagements include a short clarification window after delivery. Retainer clients continue on a monthly cadence with one deeper dive each quarter.
What we ask of your team
One decision-maker at the readout, timely access to analytics environments, and honesty about known instrumentation gaps. We do not need a perfect setup—we need a clear picture of what can and cannot be trusted yet.
