Engagement
Behavior Audit for Customer-Facing Applications
A structured review of how real visitors move through your public web application—where they hesitate, abandon, or succeed—delivered as findings your product and marketing teams can act on.
Who it is for
Product owners, growth leads, and UX leads responsible for a live customer-facing web application
Result
A prioritized map of friction points, evidence from session and event patterns, and a shortlist of changes ranked by expected impact on completion of key journeys
Duration
2–4 weeks depending on application size and traffic volume
Delivery
Remote engagement with scheduled working sessions; optional on-site kickoff in Seoul
Investment
From ₩4,800,000 per engagement
What is included
- Kickoff to confirm primary journeys (signup, purchase, booking, support request, or equivalent)
- Review of existing event definitions and gaps against those journeys
- Sampling of session recordings or equivalent behavioral traces where available
- Journey maps for up to four critical paths with drop-off notes
- Written findings report and a live readout with your team
- Two weeks of email follow-up for clarification after delivery
What is not included
- Implementation of tracking code or front-end changes
- Paid media or SEO campaigns
- Ongoing monitoring beyond the audit window
How the audit proceeds
- Scope and access: we confirm journeys, environments, and data sources
- Evidence gathering: we examine events, funnels, and representative sessions
- Synthesis: we cluster friction by severity and effort to address
- Readout: we walk through findings and agree on the first three fixes
Preparation and constraints
Preparation
Grant read-only access to analytics and session tools, share current journey definitions, and nominate one decision-maker for the readout.
Constraints
Most useful when the application already has measurable traffic and at least basic event instrumentation. Brand-new launches with almost no usage need a different starting engagement.
