Preparing Your Team for a Behavior Audit Readout
The value of an audit arrives in the conversation after the slides. A little preparation keeps that conversation focused on decisions.
Bring the people who can change copy, layout, or release priority—not only the people who enjoy analytics debates. A readout without decision-makers becomes a book report.
Ask each attendee to name one journey they care about and one change they already suspect is needed. Capturing those suspicions early prevents the meeting from becoming a defense of pet theories.
Reserve the last third of the meeting for ranking. Findings without a shortlist of next steps tend to dissolve into backlog tickets that never surface.
After the call, publish a one-page summary with owners and dates. The long report stays as reference; the one-pager is what keeps work moving in Seoul and remote teams alike.
